Ritchie’s Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

All Ritchie’s products are perishable therefore we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you.

All our orders are sent via courier and require signature, no refunds will be offered for failed delivery. Please let us know if you want us to drop the package to a neighbour or if you have a safe place where we can leave your goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with proofs of purchase as well as any documentation that shows that your item was damaged or inedible when it was delivered to you. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your apply for your refund and provide us with all the relevant proofs of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
